The Program on "Women and the Right of Access to Information: Inform Women, Transform Lives" is held on February 14 and 15 at Atlanta GA USA.
The program focuses on the theme to promote Women's Right to access to Information, Field stories of several countries like Liberia, Guatemala, and Bangladesh. The program will also focus on the value of transparency and access to information for women and advancing women's right to information and the role of international institutions and instruments.
The program aims at proposing an action plan derived from the participants of working group after vivid discussion and discourse.
Freedom Forum's Chief Executive Mr. Taranath Dahal is participating in the program organized by The Carter Center.
